Tasks in Collaborations on ACTIVATE

ACTIVATE is excited to introduce our newest feature, Tasks!

Tasks are an efficient way to create a detailed scope of work within our Collaboration Tool. The new workflow empowers brands and agencies to incorporate more hyper-specificity around the unique actions and deliverables influencers must complete in accordance with customizable deadlines. Tasks help you manage your campaign workflow by tracking outstanding, upcoming, or overdue action items.

Advanced Partnership Capabilities

In our 2019 Influencer Marketing Study, we found that brands are continuing to diversify their influencer engagements in a myriad of ways. While tried and true sponsored content collaborations continue to be the go-to activation approach, marketers are engaging influencers beyond social media through events, podcasts and more. We took these considerations into mind when building our Tasks feature, and are excited to introduce NEW types of action items and projects that users can assign within a Collaboration. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Publish on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc.

  • Publish in Podcast

  • Publish to Email List

  • Attend an Event

  • Sample a Product

Individualized Deadlines and Workflow Tracking

It’s becoming more rare that every influencer in a program has the exact same Scope of Work and deadlines. In a relationship-based business, it’s important to be flexible. We’ve created Tasks with this in mind, allowing Users to set specific, individual due dates for each deliverable in a Collaboration that triggers customized reminder notifications and emails unique to each influencer’s timeline. And, of course, we’ve included workflow views to make sure you know the status of each Influencer partner over the course of your campaign.

Tasks clearly articulate to Influencers what works need to be done and when it needs to be done by. ACTIVATE is excited to introduce this new feature as it will not only help our users run more robust types of Collaborations, but it will empower them to individualize Scopes of Work and Campaign Briefs per each influencer they’re working with on a program.
